celebrant many years ago I saw myself working with couples helping them to plan
and enjoy their wedding day. I never imagined that I would also become a
funeral celebrant and reap as much joy from working with bereaved families as I
do working with happy couples.
The reason I became a
celebrant in the first place was to lend a hand to people going through a life
changing event. I believe that change has the capacity to encourage growth and
with open-minded reflection and authentic expression, change can be a
powerfully motivating experience. If our paths cross when you marry or when you’re
farewelling a loved one my guess is that you are seeking support from someone
who has some idea how to navigate through the unfamiliar territory you find
yourself in.
So, essentially,
whether I’m supporting you through the joy of getting married, the pain of
farewelling a loved one, the welcoming of a new life into the world – whatever
it may be, my purpose and my promise to you remains the same- I’m
here to help.
